What are the operating conditions of the pump?

When customer send inquiry to us, our sales colleagues always ask customer’s operating conditions. So what is “operating conditions”?, It’s “operating conditions” really important? Is it not enough to know the exact model?

The answer is not enough, in order to enable each customer to better use the Sunpace’s pump, we often ask customer about operating conditions as much as possible.In this way, we can know the model we choose whether if meet customer’s required.

The following is the definition of “working condition”.

Operating conditions:

The working condition of power equipment under certain conditions, that is, the relationship between various parameters.

Pump operating state curve:

The conditions or process conditions in the production process can also be called working conditions, and an initial condition set at the time of design is called the design condition. Such as: complex conditions, special conditions.

Before customizing the non-standard equipment, the equipment manufacturer will also require the buyer to provide the corresponding working conditions of the equipment, that is, the production process conditions.

Pump conditions also include the required minimum flow, normal flow, maximum flow. Required head, cavitation, medium name, medium density, medium characteristics, temperature, installation conditions, environment and other parameters.
