Q1 How is your quality control?

        (2) confirm everything with our client before moving to sourcing and production;
        (3) check all the materials to ensure they are correct;
        (4) employ experienced workers and give them proper training;
        (5) inspection throughout the whole production process;
        (6) final inspection before loading.

Q2  How long is your delivery time?

A2  Usually we can effect shipment 25-30 days, but for big quantity or customized orders, delivery date will be around 40 days.

Q3  What’s your warranty ?

A3  We guarantee one years quality . It’s means that if our pump or valve have any problems within 1 years , we will send you new one or send free spare parts for your replace.

Q4, How about the MOQ?

A4  1 pcs for each model

Q5  Can you accept pump OEM?

A5  Yes we can accept pump OEM, it’s better you can send us your drawing.
