ZA Type Petrochemical Process Pump
Overview
ZA series petrochemical process pumps are designed according to API610 and VDMA24297 (light / medium) specifications. A wide range of product performance, a variety of reasonable structural design suitable for most of the transport process media.
Design feature
The series of pumps are single stage, horizontal, radial split volute pump. Closed / open, single suction, radial impeller.
Pump suction port horizontal setting, outlet vertical upward, pump flange can withstand a larger load. Flanges can be in accordance with a variety of flange standards, suction and outlet flanges rated pressure level is same.
The ZA series pumps are carefully considered in the connection mode of hydraulic pump body and bearing frame mechanical sealing parts cooling mode and auxiliary pipeline. The design fully meets the requirements of API610.
The pump hydraulic is selected and modified in the excellent hydraulic model at China& abroad.The pump has good anti-cavitation performance and high efficiency.The corrosion allowance of pump body and impeller is fully considered, and the whole life of pump is increased.The pump body with outlet diameter above 800mm is designed as a double volute with balanced radial force. Thus, the service life of the bearing and the disturbance degree of the shaft seal are guaranteed.
The pump body and the bearing frame are connected with the intermediate connecting section. According to different working conditions, the intermediate connection section can be made of different materials, which solves the problem of conveying high pressure, flammable, explosive or corrosive medium. Meanwhile, prevented the occurrence of rupture or serious corrosion of the bearing frame.
The quick-wear parts are small parts such as mouth ring, shaft sleeve, etc. So after replacing the worn parts, the pump shaft and other main parts can continue to be used, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the pump.
The pump can be equipped with different sealing forms according to the specific working conditions. The size of the seal chamber can refer to the provisions of API682.ZA series are suitable for installation of single end mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal andtandem type mechanical seal, as well as packing mechanical seal.Equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid systems.The standard auxiliary pipeline is designed according to API specification.
The bearing frame is designed with air-cooled radiator and water-cooled structure, which can be used in different temperature conditions.The bearing can be matched by cylindrical roller, angular contact ball bearing or cylindrical roller, tapered roller bearing according to different working conditions, which greatly improves the bearing life
