CZ Type petrochemical process pump
Overview
CZ series standard chemical pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction centrifugal pump, suitable for transporting low temperature or high temperature liquid;Neutral or corrosive liquid;clean or slightly contaminated liquid. Comply with GB/T5656 and ISO5199 standards.
The performance range of CZ series standard chemical pump includes all properties of IH series chemical pump, its efficiency and cavitation performance are higher than that of IH pump, and can be exchanged with IH pump on a single machine.
Design feature
CZ Pump is standard modular design.High degree of generalization,after optimizing and expanding the performance range of our company,it’s have 52 pump specifications,only have 6 shafts.The generality of parts is improved and the minimum inventory of spare parts is ensured.From the driving end, the pump is clockwise rotating.
Pump body
Pump body design according to ISO5199 standards, pump body for the bottom foot support. The pump body can exhaust itself. Pump body with replaceable ring. Some specifications adopt double volute structure to balance radial force.
Flange
Suction flange horizontal inhalation, discharge flange vertical upward.Flange execution standard for GB/T9113.12000/PN2.5MPa, if the user needs to implement other standards, flange dimensions can be implemented in accordance with the required standards.
Impeller
Impeller is closed structure, axial force depends on front ring and auxiliary blade. Or depending on the front ring and with the flatThe balance of the rear ring of the balance hole (impeller diameter ≥ 315mm), the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing.Impeller balance is carried out according to ISO5199 G 6. 3.
Hydraulic model
Pump hydraulic model adopt an excellent hydraulic model.Pump body and impeller used in precision casting.The pump has good cavitation resistance and high efficiency. The corrosion allowance of the pump body and impeller is considered fully and the whole life of the pump is increased.
Bearing and lubrication
Bearing suspension as a whole,bearing is lubricated by oil bath, oil level can be adjusted automatically by constant position oil cup. The bearing suspension may be cold free or water cooled (with a water-cooled sleeve), depending on the working conditions. The bearings are sealed by a labyrinth dustproof structure.
Shaft seal
The pump can be equipped with different sealing forms according to specific working conditions, single face mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal, and can also be used for packing seal.
There are generally three types of standard auxiliary piping that can be matched, namely PLAN11,PLAN32 and PLAN54.
Quick-wear part
The quick-wear parts are small parts such as mouth ring, shaft sleeve, etc. So after replacing the worn parts, the pump shaft and other main parts can continue to be used, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the pump.
Maintenance
Bearing suspension components include shaft, impeller, shaft seal and pump cover.Without removing the pump body, inlet and outlet flanges and motors, only the longer section of the coupling can be removed and maintained.
