3,Structure Feature
MCX series split case centrifugal pump is research on the development of our company specifically applicable to speed operation, high grade, high efficiency and energy saving heavy pressure.
3.1,Casing
The pump body is an split structure horizontal, inlet and outlet are in the pump below the axis line, without moving the pipeline and the motor examination, simply open the pump cover hanging out of the rotor can be repair;
Support structure for the center line of the pump body, shell and suction inlet, outlet temperature, uniform deformation of shell, with minimal impact on accuracy;
The pump pressure water chamber for the double volute structure to balance the radial force, eliminate or reduce the effect on the rotor alternating stress, improve the effect of fatigue on axis, extending the service life of the pump;
The semi spiral suction chamber, increasing the pre swirl, improve the anti cavitation performance of the pump;
The pump casing wall thickness by using finite element analysis and calculation of strength, fully meet the design pressure rating requirements, while leaving to ensure safety of corrosion allowance;
3.2, Impeller
Analysis software for hydraulic design using advanced hydraulic fluid simulation software and CFD, high pump efficiency whole flux range, efficient region wide;
The impeller is optimized, the cavitation performance is excellent, very suitable for low cavitation occasions;
Single suction impeller structure or double suction structure, taking into account the efficiency and cavitation performance.
3.3,Rotor
The rotor is rigid rotor, shaft diameter is abundant, installed in the shaft all parts together with rotor dynamic balance, to ensure the pump running reliable, stable vibration;
The pump shaft is a high quality alloy steel, coupling with conical structure, convenient assembly and disassembly;
The key on the shaft into 1200 staggered circumferentially arranged symmetrically, the rigidity of shaft, reduces the rotor interference;
When primary impeller is single suction, impeller stage is even number, impellers back to back layout. When primary impeller is double suction, impeller stage is odd number, in addition to the impeller back to back arrangement, ensure the axial force balance.
3.4,Lubricating and cooling bearing type
Bearing type with the following two types; radial roller bearing and thrust bearing, radial hydrodynamic thrust bearings and rolling, or radial fluid dynamic pressure and thrust bearing, the basic rating life under the rated conditions for at least 25000 hours of continuous operation;
Bearing lubrication by oil lubrication oil tank design, can meet the need of high-speed operation, ensure the bearing of continuous operation at rated conditions of not less than 25000 hours;
Bearing cooling method: nature cooling, by air and by water. According to the input block size and load transmission medium temperature, choose different cooling ways, can ensure the bearing temperature does not exceed the standard requirements.
Constant level oil mark set on the bearing body can automatically add lubrication when have loss.
3.5,The shaft end sealing
The mechanical seal can be selected according to different conditions of medium, mechanical seal, flushing and leakage protection system can guarantee that in the harsh working environment continuous trouble free operation for a long time;
The pump pressure is a decompression chamber, and a suction end are connected by a balance pipe, to balance the high-voltage end seal chamber pressure, reducing the pressure in the seal cavity machinery, improve the mechanical seal work environment, prolong the service life of the seal;
Flushing scheme of mechanical seal completely meets the requirements of the site use, ensures the sealing wash clean, prolong the service life of the seal;
Can be selected according to user requirements of packing seal;
