Design Features(magnetic chemical pump)
The shaft seal is removed and indirectly driven by magnetic coupling, which completely eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the site.
Since the wetted component of the pump is made of “fluoroplastic alloy”. It can continuously transport any concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive media without loss.
working principle
The driving device is directly mounted on the motor shaft by the active magnetic coupling, the pump cavity is completely closed, and the impeller with the magnetic steel on the pump shaft is indirectly driven by the magnetic coupling. The structure is compact and completely energy-saving.
Rugged pump structure(magnetic chemical pump)
Although the contact liquid part is fluorine plastic, the pump body is metal material, so the pump body can withstand the weight and mechanical impact of part of the pipe, so it is strong and durable.
Handing liquid(magnetic chemical pump)
Acid and caustic liquid, Oxidizer corrosive liquids, Difficult-to-seal liquid, Sulfuric acid, Hydroelectric acid, Nitric acid, Acid and lye, Nitromuriatic acid.
