(6) start the motor, when the liquid slurry pump normal operation, open the export pressure gauge and import vacuum gauge, when it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, while checking the motor load.
(7) try to control the flow and head of the liquid slurry pump in the range indicated on the label, in order to ensure that the liquid slurry pump in the high efficiency point of operation, in order to obtain the big energy-saving effect.
(8) liquid slurry pump in operation, bearing temperature can not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
(9) Regularly check the condition of bearing and bearing body lubricating oil in the bracket, and replace all the lubricating oil after the first 100 hours of operation. After normal operation, should be every 500 hours, oil change.
(10) If you find the liquid slurry pump has abnormal sound should immediately stop the pump to check the reason.
(11) liquid slurry pump to stop using, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(12) often adjust the packing gland, to ensure that the drip inside the packing chamber is normal.
(13) Regularly check the wear and tear of the shaft sleeve, wear and tear should be replaced in a timely manner.
(14) liquid slurry pump in the winter season when using, after stopping, need to unscrew the lower part of the pump body water discharge screw plug will be medium discharge. Prevent freezing and cracking.
(15) liquid slurry pump long-term deactivation, need to dismantle the pump all, dry moisture, will rotate parts and joints coated with grease loaded, proper storage.
